Make Jam With Guar Gum

How Can You Preserve The Jam?

If you want to preserve the jam without sugar, you can use psyllium seed powder. For every 500 g of fruit you should add 2 to 3 teaspoons of the powder.Psyllium seed powder is available in almost every drugstore. This means you don't have to use the jam within a few days.
